This cover provides indemnity in respect of Construction related Risks Resulting in Death of Site Workers; Death of Third Parties; Injury to Site Workers or Third Parties; damage to Site Workers’ or Third Parties’ property and even legal costs. Subject Matter of Insurance: All buildings of more than two floors under construction. Protected Parties:
Site Workers and Members of the Public.
Who needs this Policy?
Owner and /or contractor of the Building under Construction; Sub Constructors, Agents, Servants and Consultants of the Contractor or owner.

Beneficiaries:
Survivors of the site worker or member of the public who dies in a collapsed construction work, Site Worker or Member of the public who becomes injured in a collapsed construction work and damage to third party property.
